Pupil absent for the class because of illness or some unforeseen circumstance must bring a letter his / her parent explaining the reason for his / her absence. Prior sanction must be obtained for leave on any other reasons.
If the absence on account of illness lasts for more than five days, the application for leave must be produced HM / Principal accompanied by a Regd. Doctor’s Certificate.
